BABYMONSTER kicks off 'CHOOM' world tour in Seoul — 5 continents, 18 cities, 29 shows ahead

BABYMONSTER closed out the Seoul leg of their 2026-27 BABYMONSTER WORLD TOUR 'CHOOM' on June 28 at Jamsil Indoor Gymnasium in Songpa-gu. Three nights that opened the group's second world tour.

The tour spans 5 continents, 18 cities, and 29 total performances. Their first world tour, Hello Monsters, wrapped 1 year and 5 months ago. After Seoul, the six-member group (Ruka, Pharita, Asa, Ahyeon, Rora, Chiquita) heads to Asia and North America before making their post-debut first visits to Oceania, Europe, and South America.

The main set ranged across the catalog: WE GO UP (the mini 2nd album title track), CHOOM, BATTER UP, DRIP, MOON, CLIK CLAK, SHEESH, PSYCHO, Stuck In The Middle, Love, Maybe, DREAM, Locked In, Really Like You, Billionaire, FOREVER, WILD, HOT SAUCE, and SUGAR HONEY ICE TEA. The encore brought five more songs: Supa Dupa Love, Love In My Heart, BATTER UP, SHEESH, and I Like It.

Solo stages stood out. Rora opened with Camila Cabello's Havana. Asa performed Temple over an oriental sound with cherry blossom visuals and choreography that drew comparisons to Kill Bill. Pharita covered Nicki Minaj's Super Bass. Chiquita ran through Pussycat Dolls' Buttons and Fifth Harmony's Worth It. Ruka delivered high-difficulty rapping on Skrillex and Missy Elliott's RATATA. Ahyeon closed with Ariana Grande's Problem.

On CHOOM itself, the members described it as "a song containing the aspiration to dye the entire world as one dance floor" and said they "practiced hard to show an especially more impressive performance."

Rora addressed the crowd on the final night: "Starting the world tour in Seoul makes it feel even more special. I will give good performances with the energy of Monstiz." Asa said she was looking forward to "what kind of memories we can make as we visit so many countries." Ahyeon promised fans she would "take many pretty photos" along the way. (Chiquita's "last day, let's burn it up" landed exactly as expected.)

Collectively the members signed off: "Over the 3 days, we received a lot of strength and energy from Monstiz. We still have so much to show you in the future."

BABYMONSTER is YG Entertainment's first female group since BLACKPINK, introduced 7 years later. At least one of the group's music videos has crossed 100 million views.
