EPEX dropped their seventh mini album Sohwa (韶華): Epilogue on June 9. It marks the end of a trilogy they've been building since 2024.
The group held a release showcase that afternoon at SBS Public Hall in Deungchon-dong, Seoul. Members including Mew and Ye Wang performed the title track ECHO.
The album wraps up the Sohwa full-album trilogy series. Earlier entries explored youth's worries, dreams, love, deficiency, and romance. This epilogue centers on conviction and "liberation."
Seven mini albums in and they're closing out a multi-year trilogy arc. The showcase performance of ECHO was the first live look at where that arc lands.
