MONSTA X's Jooheon joins Netflix dating show 'The Love Lab' as observer alongside Charles Enter

MONSTA X main rapper Jooheon (이주헌, 31) is on Netflix. On June 26, he posted to promote The Love Lab (연애실험실), a dating observation experiment show on the platform, confirming his role as an observer alongside content creator Charles Enter (찰스엔터).

The show launched its first episode on June 17 and releases new episodes every Wednesday at 11 AM. Directed by Lee Jin-ju and Kang Yu-min, it opened with a speed-dating scenario where opposite-sex strangers meet on a bed — a setup that drew immediate attention. Later episodes move into more extreme environments, including isolated mountain settings.

Jooheon wrote: "Please show lots of interest and love for Netflix The Love Lab."

This isn't his first time in the hosting chair. He's been a fixed MC on tvN's Dae-Jjak Counseling Center since 2022, hosted M Countdown as a fixed MC in 2023, and worked as a DJ on IDOL RADIO Season 2. The man has been quietly building a hosting résumé for years.

On the music side, Jooheon debuted with MONSTA X — alongside Shownu, Minhyuk, Kihyun, Hyungwon, and I.M — with the mini album TRESPASS in 2015. He released his second solo mini album 光 (INSANITY) on January 5, 2026, and has 170 registered copyright songs as a producer.
