Seo Taiji wraps 2-year 4K Upscaling Project on June 18, hints at new content

Seo Taiji is ending his 4K Upscaling Project on June 18, two years after it launched.

The project started March 28, 2024 with The Last Festival (마지막 축제). One to two videos dropped every Thursday for roughly 120 remastered music videos and live performance clips. He's now calling it a "temporary halt to upscaling" and hinting at new material ahead. His agency attributed the project's run to "fans' continuous interest and love." Seo Taiji first rose to prominence in 1992 as part of Seo Taiji and Boys alongside Yang Hyun-seok and Lee Joo-no.
