EVAN closed out his debut single cycle on July 12 with chart wins across Bugs, Melon, iTunes, and Tencent Music. August brings a packed US schedule.

EVAN wraps debut single 'RIDE OR DIE' activities after Inkigayo, heads to Grammy Museum and KCON LA

EVAN wrapped official promotions for his debut single RIDE OR DIE on SBS Inkigayo on July 12, capping a run that started with the single's release on June 22.

He wrote, composed, and produced every track on the single — title track Ride or Die and b-side Overflow — and also led the visual creative direction. The music video hit 10 million YouTube views roughly 44 hours after release. It landed at #9 on YouTube's daily global popular music video chart, topped Singapore's daily chart, and entered the top 10 in the UK, Canada, the US, and Germany.

Ride or Die went straight to #1 on Bugs' real-time chart at release and peaked at #5 on Melon's Hot 100 (within-30-days window). It also topped iTunes Top Songs in nine countries and regions and hit #1 on Tencent Music's weekly Korean chart in China.

During the cycle EVAN performed at the outdoor busking event The Fillin' Live with EVAN and appeared on KBS2's The Seasons – Sung Si-kyung's Ear Boyfriend. On Weverse Live after activities closed, he told fans: "Thanks to EVER, I was able to finish activities smoothly and I'm deeply moved and grateful."

August is already full. He performs at 2026 SBS Gayo Daejeon Summer on August 9, then heads to Los Angeles for a three-day stretch. Special DJ on MBC FM4U's Close Friends Radio Show from August 13–15. A Spotlight appearance at the Grammy Museum on August 14 (local time, tickets sold out quickly after going on sale). A KCON LA 2026 stage on August 16.
