KATSEYE's 'Beautiful Chaos' hits 53 weeks on Billboard 200 — first female group album to chart a full year since Pussycat Dolls in 2005

Beautiful Chaos has logged 53 weeks on the Billboard 200, 52 of them consecutive. That's past the one-year mark. No female group album had crossed that threshold since the Pussycat Dolls' debut PCD in 2005. Twenty-one years.

The EP dropped in June 2025. A full calendar year on the Billboard 200 is rare for anyone. For a girl group, it hadn't happened since before most of them were born.

Five KATSEYE tracks have entered the Billboard Hot 100: Gabriela, PINKY UP, Internet Girl, Gnarly, and ICONIC BY MISTAKE. The last one is a HYBE label girl group collaboration project track.

A Grammy nomination came through. Three American Music Awards followed, including Rookie of the Year. Coachella, Lollapalooza, and Governors Ball rounded out the run.

KATSEYE was formed through the audition project The Debut: Dream Academy as a multinational global girl group. (The 53-week number will keep climbing as long as the album holds any Billboard 200 position.)
