Moon Ga-young signs with Fantasia; tvN drama 'Whale Star' confirmed for 2027

Moon Ga-young signed an exclusive contract with Fantasia on July 3. The agency represents Kim Seon-ho, Lee Sung-kyung, Ong Seong-wu, Lee Se-young, Astro, Lee Chang-sub, and Baek Yoon-shik, among others. It also handles film and drama production plus overseas concert business.

The timing follows her Best Actress win in the film category at the 62nd Baeksang Arts Awards for 만약에 우리 (If We), which opened in December 2025. Moon debuted in 2006 with the film 스승의 은혜 (The Teacher's Grace). Her drama credits include True Beauty (여신강림), Interest of Love (사랑의 이해), Beneficial Fraud (이로운 사기), 그놈은 흑염룡, and 서초동.

She's set to appear in the tvN drama 고래별 (Whale Star), airing in 2027. Fantasia chairman Namgoong Kyeon said the agency will "provide full support so that 문가영's versatile capabilities and charm can shine in various fields."
