Park Jung-ah joins KBS2 'Salimsaneun Namjadeul S2' as special MC on June 13

Park Jung-ah, who spent years in Jewelry, is joining KBS 2TV's Salimsaneun Namjadeul Season 2 as a special MC on June 13 at 9:20 PM.

At 44, Park has been married to professional golfer Jeon Sang-woo since 2016. Their daughter Jeon A-yoon was born March 8, 2019, and started first grade this year. On the broadcast, Park will share housekeeping tips and parenting stories. One moment she's bringing: her daughter once told her, "It's in my head, so you can throw it away"—after Park hesitated to discard books the girl had finished reading.

She also had words for Salim-nam regular Park Seo-jin. "I also do housework well. Seo-jin should be nervous." Main MC Eun Ji-won, active during the same era as Park, will appear alongside her. The two are expected to click naturally on set. Park has shown off cooking and housekeeping skills before on New Product Launch Paik's Cuisine.

During her time with Jewelry, which debuted in 2001 with Discovery, Park charted consistently. The group's 4th album title track Super Star hit first place on terrestrial broadcasts. Their 5th album One More Time racked up 16 total music broadcast wins, holding #1 on KBS Music Bank for seven straight weeks. As a solo artist, Park released the regular album Yeah, which won her the Seoul Music Awards Grand Prize. The digital single New Ways Always became the cheering song for LG Twins player Park Yong-taek. She also received the Minister of Gender Equality and Family Award at the 5th Korea Sharing Awards in 2011.
