TWS's 5th mini album 'NO TRAGEDY' hit 250,000 cumulative shipments in Japan by May, securing Platinum from the Japan Record Association.

TWS's fifth mini album NO TRAGEDY went Platinum with the Japan Record Association in May after cumulative shipments crossed 250,000 units. The threshold for Platinum sits at 250,000 units; Gold starts at 100,000.
This marks the group's second Platinum certification. Their first came from the Japanese debut single Nice to see you again, released in July the year before. Across their full catalog, TWS has earned five Platinum certifications total. The group now holds five albums on the Japan Gold Disc certification list: NO TRAGEDY, play hard (mini 4th), TRY WITH US (mini 3rd), Last Bell (single 1st), and Nice to see you again.
NO TRAGEDY dropped May 4. Nearly 200,000 copies moved on day one alone, landing the album at No. 1 on the Japan Oricon weekly album chart, the weekly combined album chart, and Billboard Japan's Top Album Sales chart. It also hit No. 1 on Japan iTunes K-pop Top Albums and No. 2 on Apple Music's equivalent. The title track 널 따라가 became the group's first million-seller.
On Billboard Japan's 2026 first-half Top Album Sales chart, NO TRAGEDY ranked 10th—the highest placement among any 5th-generation K-pop group in that tally. TWS also charted on the Artist 100, which combines song and album performance.
The group debuted with 첫 만남은 계획대로 되지 않아 and followed with 내가 S면 넌 나의 N이 되어줘, 마음 따라 뛰는 건 멋지지 않아?, and Overdrive.
