Yoo Ji-tae returns to theater as producer of mystery musical 'Trap of Nostalgia,' with Ko Kyung-pyo moderating on June 14.

Yoo Ji-tae is back on a theater stage for the first time in 19 years. Not as a performer—as overall producer of Trap of Nostalgia (향수의 덫), a mystery musical that opened June 10 at Bukchon Changwoo Theater in Jongno-gu, Seoul.
On June 13 at 2 PM, following the afternoon performance, Yoo will take the stage himself as moderator for an audience conversation. Ko Kyung-pyo does the same on June 14 after that day's show.
Trap of Nostalgia follows Jinju, a protagonist who enters other people's memories the moment she makes eye contact with them. She uses that ability to unravel an unsolved murder case and a family's buried secrets. Writer Seo Rina, who has worked across film and live performance, leads the production. The show was conceived as part of a project to develop emerging actors and creators.
Yoo first connected with theater through the 2004 play Haeil. He later appeared in Yukbunui Ryuk and Come to the Ghost House. His return to the stage as a theater professional comes 19 years after those credits—shortly after The Man Living with the King made him a ten-million-viewer actor.
Ko Kyung-pyo debuted in 2010 through the KBS drama Jungle Fish 2. He's also set to appear on MBC reality travel variety show Rollercoster (놀러코스터), premiering June 21.
